Su joined Menashe Properties in 2021 as its Controller. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. For the past 9 years Su served as Assistant Vice President and Regional Controller at Harsch Investment Properties where she was responsible for accounting operations and financial reporting for its Portland office and industrial portfolios as well as for all retail, multi-family, and HUD properties. Su spent the prior 14 years at Oil Can Henry’s, a franchisor and operator of quick lube service centers, including 7 as its Controller. Su earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and an MBA from Willamette University. When not working she enjoys practicing Pilates and yoga, traveling, and learning about different cultures and cuisines. Su also owns a small winery with her husband.
