Lauren graduated from the University of Southern California, where she studied business and real estate development. Upon graduation, Lauren remained in Los Angeles and spent five years working for Caruso as Retail Manager of The Grove Shopping Center. In late 2018, she moved back to Portland to work alongside her brother Jordan to grow the business. Lauren likes to stay very active and working in commercial real estate is no exception. She has been an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board since 2019. While not at work, Lauren spends her time exploring restaurants, running, and flying airplanes. Lauren is extremely involved within the Portland community and particularly enjoys her weekly volunteering commitment to St. Andrew Nativity School.
