“THE MENASHE TEAM WAS DILIGENT IN FINDING THE THE RIGHT SPACE FOR OUR GROWING FIRM. NOT ONLY WERE WE SHOWN A FEW DIFFERENT BUILDINGS WITHIN THEIR PORTFOLIO BUT THEY WERE GREAT AT LISTENING TO OUR NEEDS OF TODAY AND FIVE YEARS INTO THE FUTURE”
The building is now under a new ownership and management. I could not be happier and more pleased with the new owners: JSH Properties and Menashe Properties. This company is under an excellent leadership, is very responsible, reliable and trustworthy. The professionalism and attention to detail are unsurpassed and very appreciated. It is a pleasure to work with JSH Properties and Menashe Properties.”
“It’s very hard to find in the workplace but when Menashe properties purchased Aurora marketplace they really made us feel like we were part of something bigger than ourselves, something special. They are wonderful owners that really care about their tenants and employees and take time to listen I know I’m very blessed to have such great owners to work for.”
Big Table has been in the Medical Dental Building since our Seattle launch in 2015. We’ve moved offices several times in the MDB and really love our current space which overlooks the monorail and all the excitement the downtown has to offer. The central location in the downtown core is perfect for us as we meet with and serve clients in the city.
“Ethical, trustworthy, responsive, and professional are just a few words that come to mind when working with Menashe. We look forward to building a better tomorrow together”
“IN OUR EXPERIENCE, VIA MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS, MENASHE PROPERTIES HAS DEMONSTRATED SWIFT, CONCISE, AND EFFICIENT DECISION MAKING SAVVY WITH A FRIENDLY, TEAM-ORIENTED, ‘LET’S SUCCEED TOGETHER’ ACUMEN. MENASHE PROPERTIES IS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”
“FACILITIES ISSUES ARE NOT ALWAYS EASY TO SOLVE, ESPECIALLY IN A HISTORIC BUILDING, BUT I HAVE FOUND MENASHE PROPERTIES WILLING TO DISCUSS AND PROVIDE CREATIVE SOLUTIONS IN A POSITIVE AND TIMELY MANNER. WE APPRECIATE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE EVERY DAY.”
“We specifically chose to relocate our business to the Medical Dental Building because of its convenient location — the heart of Seattle’s downtown, just steps to the light rail and several bus routes — easily accessed by the clients we serve. We’ve appreciated how building personnel maintain the appearance of the building, how promptly management responds to service requests, and the receipt of routine newsletters and notices regarding building closures, building activities, and neighborhood events.”
