As one of the company’s longest tenured employees, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the leasing department as our Lease Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include oversight and guidance of the Lease Operations team, acquisition due diligence, and lease documentation. Karen’s attention to detail and organized work style ensures a high level of satisfaction for tenants and brokers. Prior to joining Menashe Properties, Karen worked for two of the Northwest’s premier commercial real estate owner/developers.
