In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The class is led by Kathy Bartlett, who offers her students an accessible breath-centered style of Yoga. Her teachings, infused with humor, kindness, and respect, are rooted in science with an understanding that yoga is an art.
